In processing our auto-pay water bills this month, we had an issue with our on-line banking and inadvertently withdrew the current payment along with a previous month’s payment. You may notice that the withdrawal from your account is higher than usual and doesn’t match your bill. We have corrected the problem, and all extra money that has been withdrawn, will be a credit on your account for the October 15 withdrawal.
